A homeowner inheirited this house, pulled up the carpet and found serious pet stains. We studied it a while and decided it were better to tear out the old floor boards of the entire room and install new wood.
When we did, we purposely put a feature strip down to define the dining from the living room.
Last November a tragedy happened, a fire burned out a house, so the whole inside was gutted out. The family had contacted a framer to rebuild the inside. He had called us to install the hardwood floors and could we build the kitchen cabinets. We said we can help. This Summer we built the cabinets to look just like the ones that were there prior to the fire. We got there and the kitchen looked so bare. We had a young fellow help us install the cabinets. Warren held the cabinet while Eric attached the cabinets to the wall. He was a great help to us. The cabinets went in beautifully and the was ready for the countertops, appliances and sink to be placed. The framer had someone else install LVP for the kitchen flooring.
This past week we had installed a cabinet that we custom buit. The homeowner had found the doors and asked us to build a cabinet to fit them. We primed the cabinet and the homeowner was going to paint the final coat of paint.
We were called back to an old house that we previously did the floors to the front half of the house. Now the kitchen floor needed redone. The homeowners tore out the existing 5 layers of flooring that was about 2 inches thick . We had to replace some of the old antique heart pine boards.
