Finally Got Refinished
With this project, we were called out to see back in 2020 to refinish the floors, stair case and handrails and balcony rail. Then the virus came. The job then was postponed for quite some time. About two years later it got back on schedule. As time came close to refinish, the homeowner said he sold the place as is. Wouldn't you know, months after that, we get a call to give a quote to the new homeowner of this house. This house was bound to get its floors refinished. The sun had bleached the floors and the style was that of the 1990's. We made and installed the staircase handrails and replaced the newel posts with our own boxed newel posts. We installed metal balusters as well. We sanded the floors and steps and stained them a beautiful dark red mahogany color.
